Last year for Halloween I made these Scream Mask Cookies. They were good fun to make, and I was pleased with how they came out but it was a lot of fiddly work. This year I wanted something quick, simple, but still with a good visual impact. So I picked up some Halloween themed sweeties and cupcake cases and started to play.
Here’s what I came up with –
The pumpkin topper came with the cupcake cases, and the little skulls I made using fondant. The larger skull is a lollypop, and the eyeball a Haribo kind of sweet. The cupcakes are just basic vanilla with green colouring added and black colouring added to the buttercream. Simple. And delicious!
